NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE – SPECIAL PERMIT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the undersigned JAY SCOTT THOMSON, 42 BEAVER DRIVE, MASTIC BEACH, N.Y.  11951

has made application to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Mastic Beach, Suffolk County, N.Y., by filing a petition in writing, which will be heard on SEPTEMBER 24, 2015 pursuant to Chapter 530, Article VI of the Building and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mastic Beach and is hereby requesting:

 

PERMISSION TO LEAVE ENTRY PLATFORM AND STAIRS LEAVING FRONT YARD OF 22 FEET INSTEAD OF REQUIRED 30 FEET AND TO LEAVE THREE ACCESSORY STRUCTURES WHERE A MAXIMUM OF TWO ARE PERMITTED

 

LOCATION: NORTHWEST CORNER OF BEAVER DRIVE (#42) AND BARLEY PLACE, MASTIC BEACH, N.Y.

The ordinance requires that all property owners within a radius of 200 ft. be notified of this proposed request.  If you require any further information prior to the scheduled hearing date please appear in person at 369 Neighborhood Rd., Mastic Beach, N.Y. 11951.  There will be no information concerning this application given over the phone.

All persons interested in the proposed variance-special permit will be heard on the above-mentioned date at Mastic Beach Village Hall, 369 Neighborhood Rd., Mastic Beach, N.Y.  11951
