MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS) OR BY CALLING VILLAGE HALL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9 A.M. AND 4:30 P.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS).  THE FOREGOING ARE THE ONLY OFFICIAL MEANS FOR FILING COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS WITH THE VILLAGE AND WILL ENABLE THE VILLAGE TO RECORD PROPERLY SAID COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS AND TAKE RELATED FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS AS NECESSARY.

The Planning Board is an independent body comprised of five (5) members appointed by the Village Board.

Virtually all new development within the village, whether residential or commercial, is subject to the Planning Board’s review and approval. Procedurally, such development proposals and/or applications are subject to a public hearing, conducted by the Planning Board, which provides an opportunity for neighbors, Village residents and other members of the community to comment fully on the proposed development.

The Planning Board also conducts hearings and makes recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees on applications for special permits to allow accessory apartments.

All correspondence to the Planning Board should be made through the Planning Board’s Secretary.
