Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk is an independently operated affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. SUI MU KWAN INSTITUTE
Founded in 2010 by Kyo Sa Nim Mark Anthony Wickline, his vision was to create an International Institution that would ensure that anyone who wanted to train in Martial Science/Arts would not be turned away for financial reasons. For every hour he gives children who train with him, he asks in return that they volunteer within the community.
The Center's Mission, in part, is to work with volunteers and other non-profit agencies and religious organizations to bring together people to rebuild our community.

FRIENDS OF SHIRLEY AND THE MASTICS
This all-volunteer organization was established in the wake of Superstorm Sandy and assists residents who are recovering from disaster, those who suffer from food insecurity and those requiring resource linkage for conventional needs. Its Food Pantry is located at the Mastic Beach Hebrew Center at 218 Neighborhood Road, Mastic Beach, New York, and accepts and deeply appreciates nonperishable food items, toiletries and baby items such as diapers, baby wipes and food/formula.
